At the encouragement of marketing
and professional development directors and partners in firms who have
shared their stories with her, Phyllis Weiss Haserot is launching a
series of inter-generational work strategies forums.
WHO WILL BE THERE?
Participants: The forums are particularly valuable
for professional service firm directors, managers, and C-levels of marketing,
professional development, human resources, recruiting and administration
as well as partners and senior associates and managers. The forums will
also benefit corporate executives in departments comprised of professionals
as well as practice leaders and project managers.
HOW WILL IT WORK?
- Meetings will be held bi-monthly - 5 per year, at breakfast,
8:30-10am.
- Phyllis Weiss Haserot, nationally known specialist in improving working
relationships among the generations in professional services firms,
will be moderator and facilitator.
- Any participant who brings a story or situation for discussion will
receive a free coaching session from Phyllis as a bonus.
- Each meeting will include a short coaching session/demonstration on
a participant volunteer's situation. This is an opportunity for laser
coaching to provide an immediate roadmap to a solution. We will
respect and uphold confidentiality.
- There will be periodic guest speakers or panels. Otherwise, the sessions
will be devoted to your issues and challenges and how to resolve them.
It will be a practical, immediately applicable learning experience.
- Forum members will have phone and e-mail access to Phyllis between
forum meetings for short questions and advice.
- Additional bonuses: articles, advance copies of book chapters
- to be announced.
- Participation will be on the basis of series membership - an
annual fee.
- Charter membership will be $500 for the first year. Discounts for
