HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
Solutions Coaching
consists of:
- Meetings every two weeks to coach and advise partners, as a group
or individually
- Assignments and homework to be accomplished before each meeting
- Review of assignments and progress at the beginning of each meeting.
Additional steps and coaching
- Feedback on new partner or team ideas and activities Development of

- Help on concepts and development of ideas, activities, materials,

TIMING AND FEE ARRANGEMENTS
- Choice of hourly billing or monthly retainer.
- Monthly minimum of two meetings (in-person or by phone) to maintain
momentum.

Phyllis Weiss Haserot is the President of PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT COUNSEL,
a business development consulting and coaching firm established in 1982,
and its organizational effectiveness division, AuthenticWorkssm. She works
with firms on: strategic marketing planning, training and coaching; retention
and integration; client relationship management; inter-generational relations;
implementing flexibility; collaborative culture and workplace conflict
resolution
Phyllis has been coaching attorneys and other professionals, marketing
staff and others for over 10 years on business development and sales,
navigating firm political whitewater, getting approval for new practice
niches and strategic planning initiatives, and establishing new marketing
programs. To educate many more she has written numerous articles and parts
of chapters of her book, "THE RAINMAKING MACHINE" (Thomson/West),
on coaching and the skills and attributes necessary for an effective coach.
She provides a number of other coaching programs for individuals, teams
and firms (click here for more information on coaching
programs) and a membership service called *Coach-for-the-Coach* for
people within organizations who are asked to do coaching as one of their
many roles.
A member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC) Phyllis continues
her training at Coachville's Graduate School of Coaching.
