time, the notion of improving "diversity" in organizations
has been focused on increasing the numbers and influence of minorities
and women. While that is no less important than ever, two other aspects
of diversity need more attention in building strong, lasting, competitive
firms: 1) age diversity - collaboration of the generations; and 2)
