Phyllis Weiss Haserot is the President and founder of PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT COUNSEL, a business development and organizational effectiveness consulting and coaching firm serving professional service firms. She works with firms on strategic marketing planning, client relationship building, work/life excellence, collaborative culture, workplace conflict resolution and consensus-building. Her mission under the banner of AuthenticWorkssm™ is to help restructure the workplace so it works better for people.

Phyllis has been coaching individuals and teams, firms and practice leaders since 1990.
A frequent speaker and facilitator, she is the author of THE RAINMAKING MACHINE (West Group) and THE MARKETER'S HANDBOOK OF TIPS & CHECKLISTS.

Building on a long career working with professionals, she receives her ongoing coaching training from the Coachville Graduate School of Coaching and is a member of the International Association of Coaches (IAC).
