I use identification and analysis of personal styles - including behavioral, visual, communication, natural preferences, work expectations - to enhance firms' and individuals' effectiveness and remove barriers to performing at their best.

Organizations have styles too. This is not quite the same as "cultures." Assessing and relating to an organization's style is an important ingredient for career success.
