MANAGING WORKPLACE EXPECTATIONS

Objective: To provide a tool to find out your professionals' work expectations before retention becomes a problem.

Fulfilling expectations is a two-way street, a mutual responsibility.

This program:

    • Introduces a research-based self assessment;
    • Helps management identify work expectations;
    • Communicates and gets individuals to take the initiative to get their expectations met or adjust them when necessary.

Dealing with expectations is particularly critical in times of mergers, acquisitions, firm restructurings, or when people are dealing with transitions in their own positions and for evaluations/self-evaluations, mentoring, strategic planning and professional/career development.
